Throughout working on the Web design assignment, I was able to attain some new skills, such as navigating the Weebly site, and using many of its tools. Some tools I didn’t know about were pages, which allow you to make different pages that are easy to navigate to by clicking on the top of the page. I never knew how this worked before. I enjoyed the pre-designed layouts that were available to use as a template for my website. I chose one that was very minimalistic, yet also contained all of the information that I needed. One design principals that I chose to follow were keeping the same font used throughout, which creates simplicity, and makes my website easy to read.
